The dog show was cancelled on Friday afternoon. I tried multiple times to call the hotel and could never get anyone to answer my calls . I left a message and never received a call back. I've been going to this dog show since they started having it there. Well over 10 years and stayed in the Sheraton every time. I've always recommended clients and friends to stay there. I should have gotten a call back so I could cancel. I realize there are cut off times but something should be refunded or a voucher for next time. I'm very angry about this

Staff here is amazing every year! We got snowed in so stayed another night. We had the Room Service, Dined in at the 245 Grille and service and food was awesome, and the front desk always amazing. My daughter loves the snack choices behind the counter. lol.

The chef and his/her staff do excellent work. Everything we had in the Bayfront Grille and for breakfast was good quality. The room was clean and quiet; It is much quieter in the winter than in the summer. The only downside is that the walk from the garage to the hotel is very cold in the winter and I would suggest making that a heated enclosure rather than just plastic covering

We did not partake in any of the breakfast options. The pool was amazing with great views over the bayfront! The hot-tub is more like a superheated whirlpool style jacuzzi. Still feels amazing but was different than advertised. Amazing rooms and nice low light hallways for relaxing ambiance. Definitely feels to be a higher class place making you feel above the world!

Blackout curtain broken upon arrival. Maintenance fixed, broke again that evening. Bathroom flooded after shower. Espresso machine broken in lounge. Someone lightly knocked on door, despite “do not disturb” sign being up and proceeded to enter until door wa physically blocked. However, front desk extremely nice.

Our stay began with a friendly and warm greeting from Kevin at the front desk. Kevin was super helpful and made us feel at home. I was exhausted from a long drive and Kevin was super efficient getting us checked in. I dropped a bag unloading our car and Kevin tracked it down and called us to reunite us with our bag. He’s a superstar!! The room was great although the phone handset wasn’t charged. We were able to use the speaker phone though so no big deal. We had a drink in the bar along with our two dogs. The servers were so friendly and accommodating and brought water for our dogs, along with goodie bags when we were leaving! The only downside was the burger ordered from room service which was tiny and didn’t come rare as ordered. The rest of our order, a Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail were great. My family has been staying here for years and it just keeps getting better. The staff is always lovely and the recent renovation is great. It’s relatively expensive for the area but well worth it because the whole staff consistently goes above and beyond for their guests.
