Located in the heart of Erie the granny pad is your gateway to some of Erie’s beautiful parks, restaurants, shopping, universities, & hospitals.
This charming home offers an affordable, unique, and intimate experience.
This IS A TRUE TINY HOME- 480 sqft of living space.

5 min. drive to nearest grocery store & shopping centers.
10-15 min. drive to Erie Intl. Airport, LECOM Campus, Waldameer, & Presque isle state park and beaches.
We purchased the home in winter of 2024, and have been doing extensive restoration to the interior and exterior of the home.

This home has 1 full bathroom with a large shower (no tub) and includes:

✦ Plush white bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and designated make-up towels.
✗ We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

✦ Easy Front entrance with concrete ramp and small step into home. Side entrance is 2 steps into home.
✦ Outdoor patio located in backyard with dining table and seating.
✦ Located in a residential neighborhood with sidewalks to enjoy morning or evening walks.
PARKING
The property has a driveway that can accommodate 1 car.
**PER CITY OF ERIE ORDINANCE- Vehicles must parknin the driveway, street parking is NOT permitted. Cars will be towed at vehicle owners expense.

❖ We require all bookings to sign a rental agreement online in order to protect our home and insure all our guest have a great experience, It’s quick & easy!
✗ no locals are permitted to rent or stay at the house, unless special request is granted.

All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement with-in 48 hrs of booking.
MUST be 25 years or older to book a reservation- valid government-issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity and comply with local regulations.
Please respect check-in & check-out time.
No unregistered guest allowed.
Please respect the noise curfew 10pm - 8am
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No smoking inside or near the home: includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and hookah.
No parties or events allowed
Please NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
Please clean up after yourself.
Please take care of the furnishings. Damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged.
Please take the trash out before leaving.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
No pets allowed.
Please take shoes off when inside home.
No open flames or candles.
Respect our neighbors.
SECURITY CAMERAS
2 exterior, security cameras/ audio devices, recording 24/7, not actively monitored (unless neighbors call). Camera one is a flood light camera located on the side door entrance facing driveway, camera two is located 10ft high on corner of house facing front yard and entrance. Absolutely NO cameras INSIDE our home, and no cameras facing the backyard.
