Lobby and breakfast area was beautiful! Hot tub was out of service. The rooms were dated. The AC wasn’t working well. The toilet backed up twice and the bathtub drain was slow. The exterior and rooms really could use an update. The staff and housekeeping were great.

Okay stay. In town to visit friends. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Bathrooms don't have fans so there's mold on the ceiling but lots of fresh towels. Air con works but made the room damp. Pillows still smell like cigarettes despite asking for new ones. Pool was good. Hot tub closed. Breakfast covered the basics.

Rooms and facilities itself was clean and most of the staff was very helpful but when we were checking in the first female clerk was very short and not approachable but once they did a shift change the customer service improved and the check-in process went well.
