Bed and shower were great except the shower head was too robust for the drain, had to pull the drain stopper completely out or the tub would have filled up. Room was clean. We were disappointed when we went to get a cup of coffee and it was completely out. Could not wait around for coffee to be made so had to go without. Gave the day a rough start.

Our stay was ok. The hotel and our room were clean. Front desk person checking us in seemed annoyed we were there and had zero personality. We don't need red carpet treatment but a smile and hello would be nice. Bathtub in our room had some damage/chips missing from the floor and looks like someome tried to repair it but not very well. We were missing a hair dryer but could see the screw holes in the wall where it should've been. Luckily I didn't need one or I would've ask the front desk. Breakfast was sub par and the coffee was TERRIBLE!! Never saw a front desk attendant in the morning. All the guest checking out just made a pile with our room cards. Would maybe stay again if I had no other choice.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Housekeepers were friendly. Front desk staff need people skills. Breakfast was so so. Dog barking next door woke me several times. NO ELEVATOR.

overall it was ok.. plenty of useful facilities/amenities that I did not need to take advantage of. but my room clearly had not been vacuumed or vacuumed poorly. the were various crumbs on the floor around the bed and even a ground up ritz cracker next to the bed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

New “owner” demanded a 111.00 deposit. Wouldn’t let me say a single word without interrupting me. Terrible experience I wasn’t even able to stay in my paid room. I’ve never been charged a deposit at a single Conblestone location. Absolutely ridiculous this lady is TERRIBLE
