Full kitchen, bathroom (shared), three common area rooms on first floor plus enclosed porch. Four large bright bedrooms on 2nd floor + one small single room (if needed for whole house rental) & full bathroom (shared). Spacious third floor family room with king bed, sitting area, table, refrigerator & adjoining room with 2 queen beds. New landscaping in May '26 and updated kitchen & bath improvements coming late 2026!
NOTE: There is NO bedroom on the first floor. The front/main entrance has approx. 15 steps; rear entrance has several steps.
