Located on the first floor of a larger residential building, it features an elevator and a private parking space in the inner courtyard. Air-conditioned rooms and two bathrooms; access to both public and private beaches. The immediate proximity to the beach means you can step right out of your apartment and take a dip without the hassle of driving to the beach. Crystal-clear water and soft coral sand.
