4 person family stay

My wife and I, along with our adult daughter and teenage grand daughter spent 4 nights. Walking around town was convenient and many things were within walking distance. The apartment is centrally located. Many eating choices, including bakeries.We were able to park our car in a parking garage nearby. A fee was required. We were able to take 2 day trips to nearby towns.The apartment met all our needs and worked well for us.The host was helpful and enjoyable.We would recommend it and would stay there again.

Great Location, Accomodation, Host

We’ve booked many VRBO’s over the past 15+ years and this was one of our most pleasant experiences. The spacious apartment is located just a short walk from Domplatz, the bridge, tram stops, and most other Erfurt sites. Numerous beer gardens, cafe’s, and shops were almost at our doorstep. The host greeted us promptly on arrival and provided suggestions for nearby businesses. The ground floor apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. If for no other reason, stay here so you can enjoy a morning coffee and pastry from the very nearby Backstube with freshly baked bread, raisin buns, strudel schnecker, and super friendly owner and staff.

Visiting family

Erik is a perfect host (with fine English skills) and the apartment is clean and comfortable, with a quiet, ivy-covered inner courtyard where you can keep your bikes safely (visited by a beautiful cat frequently). I’ve stayed in many parts of Erfurt over many visits over many years and would have no problem returning to Erik’s apartment (he lives in the same building)…but, the ground-floor location next to a Biergarten and a Studentengemeinde can be very noisy at the weekend.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal und die Wohnung selbst sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf Grund der unmittelbaren Nähe mehrerer Restaurants in der Nacht etwas laut durch die Besucher der Restaurants. Ansonsten kann die Wohnung sehr empfohlen werden.

Wunderschön

Diese FW ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal, mitten in der Altstadt von Erfurt und trotzdem ruhig, ideal für Unternehmungen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir werden dieses Objekt weiter empfehlen und sicherlich in der Zukunft nochmals buchen. Die Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub sind und vollem Umfang gegeben. Danke an Herrn Seyffarth und ein gutes neues Jahr.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral in Erfurt gelegen und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keinen Wunsch offen! Auch mit dem Vermieter hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen :)

Beautiful apartment in the centre of the old town

Very nice apartment, centrally located, nicely decorated. Just the right place to visit Erfurt. There is free parking space nearby, place to put your bikes, nice quiet and cool terrace. Erik responded quickly to all our questions, checking in went smoothly. We did not stay in the apartment on a weekend, so we cannot say if there is a lot of noice from the biergarten. It was vey quiet!
