You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Designer’s beachfront house w/pool and fireplace
The house is set literally on the beach in a private complex of houses w/ 2 shared swimming pools, a playground, a basketball court, and a huge garden. It was recently renovated with unique design.
It is on Evia Island, in Lilantia Eretrias, just 40’ drive from Athens, and is ideal for relaxation and as a starting point to discover Evia and other POI in Greece.
Evia has amazing beaches. There’s a sailing and a ski school nearby. Chalkida with her famous ouzeris/nightlife is just a 20’ drive.
The house has been professionally designed in boho style. It has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that offers direct view to the sea. The second bedroom has three beds and a second bathroom next to it.
In the living room there’s a big couch that can accommodate a sixth person if needed.
Both bedrooms and the living space (kitchen & living room) have ceiling fans and A/C.
The house has an open plan kitchen equipped with all necessary electric machines (design oven, microwave, nespresso etc) that leads to a living room with orientation to the sea, meaning lounging on the sofa offers amazing views of the sea and sunset.
The house has a private patio and a private garden in front of it, apart from the big communal garden of the complex. The house is perfect both for relaxation but also as a starting point for beautiful excursions around Evia and Athens.
Please remember only to NOT THROW PAPERS in the WC as the toilet system in our house, as in many places Greece, is an old one, and if we throw papers we might block the toilet.
Finally, please note that WEDDINGS and RECEPTIONS are NOT ALLOWED in the premises. Thank you.
It is very easy to drive around in the area, as it is a village with limited traffic. Parking is fairly easy too.
You can contact either me Sophia or my husband to give you any info you might need. Although, we have in the house a printed paper with info with restaurants, excursions etc. too.
The beach house is set in beautiful private complex of houses that is literally on the beach. It is between Eretria and Lampsakos, a small fishing seaside village famous for its fish tapas/restaurants. People come from all over Greece to taste this unique cuisine.
Eretria that is just 3` from our place has a sailing club, where you can do apart from sailing, windsurfing, skiing, swimming lessons or even sunset yoga on the beach. There is also an art/pottery studio in the center of Eretria, as well as many beautiful cafes and little stores.
There is parking just outside of our house. If you have a second car or a guest, you can park the second car in the designated parking area inside the complex of houses. Please note that you cannot park outside of other people`s houses.
If you want to travel around and go to Lampsakos or other little villages in Evia you`ll need a car.

-EVIA island with its famous, beautiful beaches and nature. The island has 350 beaches in total.
-ACROPOLIS ancient site & museum. Approximately an hour drive from our house.
-SOUNIO & The temple of Apollonas.
-NAFPLIO, a beautiful ancient/traditional village by the sea with paved streets and great Greek tavernas.
-DELFOI ancient site & museum. Approximately two hours drive.
-METEORA, UNESCO preserved place, with its unique monasteries built on the edge of the cliffs. You might need to stay overnight there.

There are several water sports schools offering all kinds of activities such as:

Swimming
Kitesurfing
Paddle boarding
Scuba diving
The closest one is in Eretria, just 5’ drive.
