Near the Kerhilio beach, in a residential area of Erdeven, this comfortable and functional house is ideal for relaxing family holidays. Both inside and outside, everyone will find their little piece of paradise.



You will appreciate this comfortably furnished house, close to the beaches and easy to access. Spacious, it can accommodate 5 to 6 people.



The ground floor is organised around a living area that integrates the dining room, equipped kitchen and TV lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a laundry area.



Upstairs, two bedrooms (one of which is equipped with a king-size bed), a bathroom and a study area make up a comfortable sleeping space. It also has all the equipment for babies.



On the garden side, you will enjoy the inner courtyard, the terrace ideal for family meals and summer evening ends around a barbecue.



The nearest beach is located 500 m on foot and is very renowned among water sports lovers for its superb waves.



This house is ideal for a stay with family or friends, calm and rejuvenating, in the land of dunes and megaliths.

> Parking in the garden (2 vehicles).

> Bed linen and household linen provided mandatorily. The allocation includes disposable bed protections, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

> Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

Kerhilio beach is 4 min by bike, 13 min on foot.

Erdeven centre is 6 min by car (10 min by bike).



The region:

On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the town of Erdeven is primarily known for its long fine sandy beaches. The nearest port, Étel, is a charming village with its restaurants, bars and shops and offers an exceptional view of the superb Ria d'Étel. 8 minutes by car, Plouharnel is a surfers' paradise and the gateway to the Quiberon Peninsula.



The region offers its immense beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in all seasons. It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, enjoy the numerous hiking trails to discover and stroll among dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho (Erdeven) and its stone giants or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere of the place! A few kilometres away, Carnac is a megalithic hotspot not to be missed.



By bike, using the greenway, you can reach Etel, Plouharnel or even Quiberon.



Beach and surf fans, the region's beaches will delight you. Going up the Etel Ria, do not miss the charming village of Saint-Cado and its famous house with blue shutters. Near the towns of Belz, Auray, Plouharnel, Quiberon, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer and Vannes.



Leisure:

Beaches, rock pooling, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports in all seasons (Surfing, Kite, Sand yachting, kayaking...). Numerous possibilities for walking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). The beaches of Erdeven and Sainte Barbe (10 minutes by car) and their famous waves delight surfers and kite-surfers. For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.
