Sonnenscheinhaus 2 – Accessible, Terrace

The Sonnenscheinhaus in Erbach is a holiday house with four apartments, all of which were designed and built to be fully accessible from the start. Apartment 2 is at ground level with garden access and its own terrace, and is well suited to couples, families and business travelers who like things easy and comfortable.In 55 m² you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a large oak table that seats six, and a kitchenette with an oven. Large windows and terrace doors open the room up to the greenery outside. In the bedroom there are two single beds made of light-colored wood, which can be pushed together to make a double bed, and an open shelving unit for your belongings. The sofa bed in the living area provides two additional sleeping places. The bathroom, with its walk-in shower, is generously sized. A washing machine is available for longer stays. On the terrace, which comes with garden furniture, you can sit with your coffee in the morning or with a glass in hand in the evening.The house is located in Erbach in the Odenwald, with garden access directly from the apartment. It is a good starting point for day trips in the surrounding area.Good to know: Space for up to 4 guests. Your own parking space is right in front of the house. Self check-in is possible from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Right next door is a residential facility for people with disabilities. During the day, and occasionally in the evening, you may therefore hear voices and calls from the neighborhood from time to time. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
