Nestled in a charming old farmhouse between the Beauce and Loire Valley regions, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte, adjoining another house, is independent yet close to all the village's amenities and shops. Cozy and comfortable, on the edge of the fields, with a small garden and courtyard, it has been recently renovated. The ground floor comprises a dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area, a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, dryer), and a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190cm), Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200cm) and a sofa bed, and Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90x190cm). There is also a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink) and a separate WC.

All-inclusive rate: beds made - towels and linens provided - end-of-stay cleaning included - water - electricity - heat pump heating (thermostat set to 19 degrees) - internet/Wi-Fi

Pets are welcome for an additional €30 per stay.
