Charming, Bright Cottage in Village Center - Comfort and Tranquility Near Orleans

Located between the Beauce plain and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte is near the owners' house, separated by a shared courtyard. It is in the heart of the village, close to all essential shops.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and bright, it is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. On the ground floor: a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sofa bed, a shower room (walk-in shower, small sink), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large open mezzanine bedroom can accommodate four people with one double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), as well as a bathroom at the back with a double sink and washing machine.

All charges included: bed linen, beds made, towels and household linen provided, water, electricity, internet, and Wi-Fi. A mandatory cleaning fee of three weeks is required for longer stays. Pets are welcome for an additional €25 per stay.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
