Surrounded by fall colors and just one block from the bay, our cozy log-style duplex is a peaceful fall retreat in the heart of Ephraim. Walk to the waterfront for beautiful bay sunsets, explore downtown shops and restaurants, then come back and relax among the changing colors.



Sleeping up to 6 guests, the duplex includes two private studios, Pine and Cedar, located side by side with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior connecting door so guests must step outside to move between the studios. Each has its own queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and TV, while Cedar also features a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Both studios are exclusively yours when booking the duplex, making it a great option for couples, families, or friends who enjoy having their own space and privacy.



Cedar Studio | Sleeps 4

Cedar is the larger studio and features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable sitting area with TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom. The sleeping area and living space are all within the same studio, so guests have everything they need without going between the two units.



Pine Studio | Sleeps 2

Pine is a cozy studio featuring a queen bed, TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom. It's ideal for a second couple or guests who appreciate having a little extra privacy.



Each studio is equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring its own full bathroom, a mini split A/C unit, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV with cable. The convenient kitchenettes include a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster oven/air fryer. For entertainment, you'll also find a collection of games, books, and puzzles.



Outdoor Space

Outside, each suite has its own small patio, and the property is surrounded by mature trees that come alive with color in the fall. There is a large yard with a fire pit next to the duplex, outdoor seating, and lawn games. Enjoy crisp autumn days exploring Ephraim and Door County, walk down to the bay for sunset, or spend a cozy evening relaxing back at your retreat.



Walkable Ephraim Location

Leave the car parked and explore the village on foot! Walk to Anderson Dock, Wilson's Ice Cream, the Old Post Office fish boil, shops, restaurants, and beautiful sunsets along the bay.



Guest Access

You'll have exclusive access to both Pine and Cedar studios, each with its own private exterior entrance. Enjoy the spacious yard, private fire pit, outdoor seating, and lawn games during your stay. The yard and parking areas are shared if guests are staying in the separate main house on the property.



The Neighborhood

Immerse yourself in the local charm, with fantastic attractions just a short walk away. Stroll down to Wilson’s for ice cream, explore the iconic Anderson’s Dock, or experience a traditional fish boil at the Old Post Office Inn.



Getting Around

The duplex's prime location means many local favorites are just a short walk from your door, allowing you to park your car and explore the heart of the town on foot.



House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

* No smoking of any kind is permitted.

* Sorry, no pets are allowed.

* Please do not move the furniture.

* No open flames are allowed inside the cottages.



Important Information



Shared Wall: As this is a duplex, the two studios share a wall. Please be mindful that some noise may be heard between the units.



Off-Limits Areas: The lofts and ladders in each cottage are not for guest use. For your safety, please do not climb, move, or take them down.



Security: For your safety and the security of the property, a security camera is located in the backyard. It overlooks the parking area and yard and records both audio and video 24/7 with motion detection.



What We Provide: We supply bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. You'll also find a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, and travel-sized toiletries.



What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels for bay adventures, firewood for the fire pit, and any cooking essentials you may need (such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices).



Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.



Please Note: Contact us if you’re interested in booking the entire property, which includes the main house and duplex studios, accommodating up to 10 guests. This is a perfect option for family reunions or group getaways!
