Un séjour correct, un peu gâché par des problèmes techniques, entre autres le volet roulant de notre chambre bloqué en position basse sans possibilité de le relever. Après avoir signalé le fait lors du départ, il nous ?a été répondu que cette situation était connue, mais que rien ne serait fait pour y remédier ! Pourquoi alors louer une chambre alors que l'on sait que tout n'est pas correct et que donner une autre chambre aurait été possible, car l'hôtel n'était visiblement pas plein

Comme toujours: belle chambre vaste ou rien ne manque avec une excellente literie et un grand bureau pour ceux qui veulent travailler à l’hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré salé. Séjour exceptionnel : cela fait plus de 20 fois que j’y séjourne . Les chambre sont vastes , le mobilier , précieux ( meubles + plancher bois), très bonne literie , SDB propre , douche à l’italienne, radiateur sèche serviette, rien ne manque , la petite bouteille d’eau ! Le sourire à l’accueil Petit dej sucré salé excellent. Dîner possible à 20€ , 3 plats ! Et pourtant je ne viendrais plus: après les 2 réservations sur hôtel.com d’octobre ou tout est ok , je m’aperçois que je ne plus payer directement à l’hôtel le jour de mon séjour. Et donc je ne peux plus avoir une facture avec TVA correspondant au prix d’hôtel.com. Hôtel.com m’oblige sur cet hôtel à payer en avance , du coup plus de facture et donc uniquement un reçu d’hôtel.Com SANS TVA ! Dommage , sur mes réservations de novembre je passe sur booking !! Tout le monde est perdant : l’hôtel qui est irréprochable et hôtel.com!!
