We will have the pleasure of welcoming you to our home in the continuity of our farmhouse of 1860 renovated by us. You will be quiet in a small charming cottage, and totally independent. 25 minutes from the Beauval zoo as well as the visit of the castles of the Loire.

Independent entrance and parking space
On the first floor there is an entrance, a shower room, and a separate toilet, a living room and a fitted kitchen.

Upstairs, two attic bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other bedroom a 140 cm bed. As well as a mezzanine with a sofa bed.

Outside we have an unfenced plot with views of nature, a quiet and dead-end hamlet, possibility to eat outside, table, barbecue available
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which has a kitchen.
