The property is set back off the road so its nice and quiet. It's only 10min from Crystal mountain. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and cozy place in the forest. The pool and SPA were great, after hiking in the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing i missed was dishcloth and kitchen towels. Everything else was perfect!

We enjoyed the hot tub on site and the kitchenette was handy as there aren't many restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Note, you need to climb a ladder to access the loft. There is a bathroom in the loft.

Amenities are great! Cute campground feel without necessarily camping. What we weren't happy about was that power was lost and no help was really offered. Generators ran some of the buildings but not ours but we were not offered lanterns, refrigerator to not lose food, nothing at all.

This lodge was even better than expected. It was everything you wanted to be when you’re on an outdoor adventure trip especially near the national park and it was not far from everything we wanted to get to and the experience was just great. The staff went above and beyond for me and my elderly mother and I appreciate them so much. They helped me to get an appropriate room to help her mobility and I was not even asking for that and I appreciate all their help. We will definitely be staying here every time we come in this area and we’ll be bringing our family back as well. One of the best days I’ve had in a long time with beautiful views and just an overall great experience. . We needed a place as a departure point for day trips to the Sunrise area at Mount Rainier, and Alta Crystal fit our needs perfectly. We have no complaints about our stay; the only thing I down-graded in the review is the property maintenance overall: in the room, there was a broken window mechanism in the bedroom, pots/pans in the kitchen were very worn out, there was a frayed, dirty easy chair in the sitting area. None of these things were that much of a problem for us, but when booking you should know you're paying for the convenience upgrade over camping in the area and there just aren't many competing options. You will have limited nearby grocery options without going all the way to Enumclaw; make your plan about what you need for the kitchen and bring it with you.
