Wake up to birdsong and endless countryside views, perfect for exploring vineyards and local villages.

The Property - Open plan kitchen, fully equipped. The kitchen opens onto the main terrace facing south.

We can accommodate up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom :

On the second floor, a beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace under the oak tree.

Also on the second floor is another large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and perfect views of the local vineyards.

The 3rd bedroom is a twin room located on the third floor with access to the rear garden & Roman canal.

The washing machine is located in the bathroom on the third floor.
Outside, you will enjoy a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants.
A large tiled table under a covered terrace is the perfect place for your summer meals.

Large outdoor swimming pool ( Shared use with owners ) (10mx4m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days.
