Cosy holiday apartment in a semi-detached house, built in 2005, near the center of Kilpisjärvi village.

Living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft (12 m², sloping ceilings, highest point 190 cm, steep stairs) with 4 beds. Electric heated sauna and bathroom in the same building.

The air heat pump shown in the pictures is not in use.
