Christy at the Front Desk was great. She upgraded me to a better room because the one I was in was not cleaned properly. The microwave was dirty, and the TV didn't work. The new room had an old pizza box in the fridge and a huge spill on the carpet outside in the hallway. This hotel needs to step up its housekeeping. Christy did everything she could to make everything right, which is why I gave the hotel three stars rather than one or two.

I have had good experiences with this hotel in the past. But this particular room was quite dirty and worn out. Trash from previous occupants, dust/dirt behind the bathroom door, dirty old shower head that needs to be replaced, and worn out towels. Also, very annoying housekeeping just walked in twice during our stay when we were still sleeping and it was only 7:45am. Breakfast ok but no fresh fruit. Would stay here again but if there was a better option, I wouldn’t.

The parking was easily accessible to our room and well lit at night so I felt safe. The breakfast bar had a good variety with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker. I would like to see plain yogurt and some fruit. There was flavored yogurt but not my usual choice. Overall it was very clean and nice and when I asked for extra towels I got them with ease. I would stay here again.
