Welcome to Chadwick Cove on Manasota Key! This brand new 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront condo is 800 sq. ft. and features an open layout with a balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest when using the queen Murphy bed located off the living room. Quarts countertops throughout and stainless steal appliances. The condo also features a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is walkable to everything the key has to offer. Englewood beach is located directly across the street allowing you to enjoy both the beach and the bay in one location. It is conveniently located within steps away to several restaurants and shops. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a grill, tiki bar and fire pit.

Great condo

Super cool condo. Very clean. Good location but as some others have said, the music can be a bit much. Had one issue I wanted to discuss with owner but all in all it was good experience.

We had the best time here! High recommend this place to anyone staying in manasota key! You cannot beat the location and the place itself is updated, has everything you need and very clean! Property manager made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. The owner was also super helpful and nice, which we really appreciate!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay! Property as advertised with views of bay and ocean. Property was very clean and they had nice little touches like toiletries, hand soap, labeled cabinets. Property manager communicated well. Area was recovering from major hurricane damage, however it did not impact our trip except the beach was harder to access but that just gave us an opportunity to see others areas as well. Would definitely stay again.

Unit was lovely and clean, all new everything. Directly beside shops and restaurants and a two second walk across the street to the beach! Big kids playground at the beach access which was perfect for our little one. My husband enjoyed fishing off the little dock behind the house. Restaurant next door has live music Friday and Saturday nights (unsure about the rest of the week as we only stayed these two nights) which was nice, fairly loud but they shut it down by 11ish so not an issue by any means. Enjoyed listening to it from the balcony! Jim, the property manager, was wonderful and Erin was very nice and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay
