Only 3 miles to Englewood Beach and 15 minutes from Venice. This Home features the ultimate Florida lifestyle with mature landscaping.

This pool home has a split open layout for privacy for your visiting guest. Dining/Living room combo with full views of the front and pool area.

The master and second bedroom have large walk-in closets and queen beds. The second bath has a door leading out to the pool area.

The pool area has travertine decking with abundant space for sunbathing and larger dining area for those special dinner parties. Guests can choose pool heat for added comfort at an additional $25 per day plus tax.
