Each home within this duplex features its own kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. The two units are seamlessly connected through an interior door, allowing for easy access and togetherness.

Both kitchens are equipped with sleek granite countertops and fully equipped appliances, ideal for preparing meals to share with your loved ones. The living areas are bright and airy, with plantation shutters framing partial Gulf views from the front decks, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

On the third level of each home, you’ll find a master suite that serves as a private sanctuary. Each master bedroom boasts a private screened balcony for savoring sunsets and a luxurious master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The ground floors offer an enclosed backyard with private entrances. For added enjoyment, the garages are stocked with all the beach toys you'll need.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
