No parties allowed. If there are any undisclosed people, it will be a $200 charge per person. ALL hours are quiet hours, especially after 8:00 p.m.
All smoking is to occur outside, away from doors or windows, and refrain from littering. There is a $250 smoking fee if this is not abided by.
Check-in 4 pm. Check-out 10 am. If available, we can accommodate other times upon request. A $50 fee will be added to your stay for this service.

It was very pleasant. We didn’t remember the amenities saying that you had to supply your own gas for the grill. It was pleasant over all.

Family Xmas

We need to book a home for our family which included three teenagers for our family Xmas get together as our place did not have enough room for everyone. It worked out great, close to shopping and dining. The beach was within a 10 minute drive. The pool was cool, but to be expected in December. Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean. Water pressure to shower was weak but overall the place was very good. Would rent again if we needed too.
