It offers 3 bedrooms—a king bed in the owner’s suite with a spacious private bathroom, an adjustable queen, and a bunk bed. The two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can unwind in the soothing atmosphere, take advantage of the community pool, and enjoy the awesome fitness room.

The house provides everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated work space, an in-house laundry room, a 2-car garage, and a relaxing lanai.

Just 8 minutes from beautiful Englewood Beach, 15 minutes from exclusive Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande Beach, and only 18 minutes from Costco, it’s also close to shopping and a variety of great restaurants. Travel is convenient, with Sarasota–Bradenton Airport (SRQ) about 55 minutes away and Tampa International Airport (TPA) about 1 hour 35 minutes away.
