Take a break—for example, for a long weekend—or stay with us for a limited time in our bright and cozy vacation apartment for 2 people.
The vacation rental is a separate ground-floor apartment in the basement of our detached pentagonal single-family home in Engelskirchen-Loope in the Oberbergischer Kreis. The vacation rental is not wheelchair-accessible and is reached via an outdoor staircase (with a handrail). The house is located on a quiet side street in a 30-zone.

- Parking space available
- The apartment is mostly tiled. Only the bedroom has laminate flooring.
- All windows are equipped with roller shutters
- All rooms have natural light
- All rooms have central heating
- Entrance via stairs (not wheelchair accessible)

We want you to enjoy your stay in our vacation rental in complete safety and without any worries. In accordance with our legal duty to ensure safety and for your own safety, we hereby wish to draw your attention to the weight limits for our furniture as specified by the manufacturer.
Important Safety Notice:
According to explicit manufacturer specifications, the seating furniture (chairs) provided in the property, as well as the bed frame and slatted base, are each designed for a maximum static load of 120 kg per individual piece of furniture or per side of the bed.
Please note that sustained or occasional overloading beyond these technical manufacturer specifications can lead to material fatigue, hidden pre-existing damage, or sudden breakage of the furniture.
Legal Notices Regarding Liability:
1. Property Damage: Damage to the provided furniture that can be proven to result from improper use or exceeding the maximum weight limits does not constitute normal wear and tear. The tenant (or the tenant’s liability insurance) is fully liable for such damage.
2. Personal Injury (Disclaimer of Liability): The lessor assumes no liability for accidents, falls, or injuries resulting from overloading the furniture in violation of the manufacturer’s explicit specifications and warnings. In such cases, the guest bears the liability risk due to their own negligence and failure to follow the usage instructions.
