For an extra touch of luxury, there is an attic with a double bed, offering great sea views and a cozy retreat. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Upstairs, you will also find the main bathroom, which includes a shower, spa bath, vanity, and toilet. Safety gates are installed on both sets of stairs for added peace of mind.
Downstairs, there is a second bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet, providing convenience for all guests. Bedroom two is furnished with a double bed, while bedroom three features one bunk bed and one single bed, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, allowing you to keep up with your laundry needs during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge: Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- Non-refundable: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
