This spacious two story home sits in the gated Seabluffe community in Encinitas, with beach views and Grandview Surf Beach just a short walk away. At the edge of the community, the seacliff staircase leads down to the sand at Grandview, one of North County's favorite local surf spots.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary suite is on the first floor, and the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area is upstairs, opening onto a balcony with beach views. It's a great spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. An attached two car garage with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Seabluffe residents and guests have access to two community pools, a spa, and tennis and pickleball courts. Downtown Encinitas, Leucadia's shops and restaurants along Coast Highway 101, Moonlight Beach, and Swami's are all a short drive away.

Please note: the main living area is on the second floor, and reaching the beach requires walking down the seacliff staircase. Grandview is a public beach.
