This newly renovated home is fully equipped, walking distance to everything and comes with 2 parking spots. RNTL-020918-2022.

Walk to the best beach in town as well as downtown Encinitas restaurants & shops, or drive 4 min drive to grocery store (or walk to the Sunday farmer's market).

Enjoy sunsets & ocean views from the upstairs balcony, kitchen, dining & living room. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after you BBQ on the balcony or cook in our chef's kitchen (stocked with everything you could ever need)!

Upstairs primary has king bed, tub & double headed steam shower. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms (2nd king + 2 queens), laundry, and outdoor shower.

Have to work? No problem with our 1GB Fiber Optic Internet, and choice of standing or seated desks.

Awesome Experience!!

This property is really great and in a superb location. The town of Encinitas is very quaint with a laid back and cool vibe - many restaurants, coffee shops, thrifting stores, etc. Moonlight Beach was also great and very convenient to get to with a very short walk. I could not have had a better experience with Grace as she was very quick to reply to all of our questions and requests. Overall, an excellent trip and we would most definitely see if this house was available on our next visit to San Diego - we liked it so much that I even mentioned swapping houses for a week in the future! Snatch this up and enjoy!

Better than advertised!

We stayed here for 8 nights, myself, wife and two kids (7 and 10). Excellent location, very close to the beach and surfing. Quick walk to many restaurants, cafes etc. The house was extremely well equipped and comfortable. Loved the new hot tub, patio area, and beach supplies. We did a fair amount of cooking and all the supplies were great. Easily one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. Staying at this house was the perfect way to experience Encinitas! Communication was top notch as well.

Great location, in the mix

Authentic beach home in a great beach town. Short walk to everything. Lots of space in the house for everyone. Parking and space to spread out stuff. Lot of places to sleep and washrooms. Large kitchen to cook in and living room to hangout. I'd only advise against this place to folks with issues climbing stairs (hills in the area and stairs required) and loud groups (lots of homes nearby).
