You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach condo. Located between HWY 101 and Neptune; walk to the beach, restaurants, local galleries', ice cream shop and wine bar. One mile from downtown Encinitas with more bustling shops, a full service beach with playground and restrooms. A 15 minute drive to Legoland and the famous Carlsbad Flower field. The zoo is about 40 minutes away. Condo provides a peaceful pool/ jacuzzi and BBQ for all your grilling needs.
The space
A calm, clean and cool escape from the hustle and bustle of beach life. We purchased this unit in 2013 and did a complete renovation. In 2022 we added mini-splint air conditioning as well as new fans, dishwasher, shower glass and shower heads. This highly desirable area of Leucadia/ Encinitas is the perfect place to visit for work or pleasure. The condo has two bedrooms (King and Queen) as well as a queen pullout couch in the living room. The entire unit has tile floors, quartzite countertops, and a well stocked kitchen.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities including an outdoor pool and a hot tub.

In all my years of staying in rental vacation properties, I’ve never seen a place so well equipped. There is almost anything you could need in the kitchen, lots of dishes, glasses, etc., plenty of linens and so on. But over and above everything was the closet in the second bedroom with toys, a pack and play, books and so on, and the closet on the balcony filled with beach equipment - shades, chairs big and small, sand toys, a body board, and so on. The other important thing is the instant communication with the owner when necessary. Amanda is the best!

El apartamento es perfecto,es exactamente igual que en las fotos, muy limpio y con la decoración muy cuidada. . Tiene todo tipo de comodidades y está todo pensado para hacer la estancia agradable. La localización es muy cómoda para ir andando a todas partes a la playa, a surfear y/o a tiendas y restaurantes. La relación con la propietaria ha sido perfecta resultando de gran ayuda para nosotros.
