We arrived at the hotel and immediately were met with very weird energy. The person acted as if we were coming to ruin their day. Upon asking for my name for the reservation he mentioned we got a queen room. I said no we did not. He then said, I can assure you you did. We would not randomly change the room from a king to a queen. At the point of him acting as crazy as he was, I said just keep the room as is. I later confirmed on my booking that the room was supposed to be a king. This is not a hotels.com issue but a hotel staff issue. Also, he gave us the keys to the room and did not even both to activate the keys. Again, had he been focused on customer service and not trying to prove an incorrect point, we would have had not only the correct room type but a working key. And there was a constant train all throughout the evening. We won't be returning.

My room was large with a nice patio. The bathroom door was rusted to the point of disintegration. The pool was filled with noisy little kids at all times. I'm glad I only booked one night.

If you stay here and you want to be able to sleep make sure you call ahead and tell them not yo put you near the highway! Not too mention the train that blows its horn when it goes by! I had a torturous night trying to sleep. I checked in late 9:30pm and called down immediately about the noise and was told there was nothing they could do. Then at 1:30am I called again begging for earplugs and was then moved to the first floor where hopefully the noise was reduced. It was a little better but then I woke to what sounded like a bowling bowl hitting the floor above me at 7:15 am. Come to find out I was under the gym! Luckily that morning I was helped by Michelle at the desk who moved me to a quiet room finally. Nonetheless I’m really disappointed in the hotel. No park viewThe pictures are not realistic, water pressure was awful, smelled like septic at times. First room I was in was dirty, floor was stained. Even the last room had blood on the door curtains. I asked for compensation at least for the first night and received nothing. Again, really disappointed that I paid $250 a night with fees for a unexpected horrible experience. I came down a night early to avoid a long drive the next day for a concert. Made it more of a vacay which I didn’t need to do but they claim to be a luxury hotel. They definitely are not! It was a waste of money and too bad hotels take advantage of people like this. A manager was suppose to call me today and never did. I would never stay here again.
