A stylish vacation loft in the Emsland region that sleeps 6, featuring a sauna and an outdoor pool

Moin Moin,
Welcome to Ferienloft Emsland!
— A vacation for body and soul!
Immerse yourself in the very special atmosphere of a modern vacation home with character and treat yourself to a little break from everyday life in the sauna or by the on-site outdoor pool (which is solar-heated and available from April through October, weather permitting). The new building opened in June 22.
Its convenient location in southern Emsland, with the Leschede train station nearby and direct access to the A30 and A31 highways, ensures a stress-free journey, and popular destinations are easily reached in no time.
The house offers you all the comforts you could wish for a relaxing (short) vacation any time of year in a modern yet warm loft-style atmosphere. You’ll enjoy an open living and dining area with a kitchen island, creating a unique spatial experience.
In addition, there are three individually designed bedrooms with double/box-spring beds, including TVs and free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing moments as a couple or social evenings with friends or family. A bathroom and a shower/wash area with a sauna provide the perfect wellness experience after an active day in the surrounding natural landscape—or as the perfect way to cap off a relaxed and laid-back afternoon in the garden or on the cozy XXL couch. Afterward, you can cool off in the solar-heated private outdoor pool (April through October, weather permitting) surrounded by well-maintained greenery.
It is best suited for those seeking peace and relaxation, whether to unwind or enjoy a cozy get-together. Party clubs, bachelor parties, or loud drinking games are not permitted in this new and high-end loft house.
The house offers an ideal starting point for bike tours by regular bike or e-bike (e-bike rental available upon request) into the beautiful natural landscape of the cyclist-friendly Emsland region, which features few elevation changes.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage!
