I stayed here while visiting my son at Ottawa University. The location was convenient, 5 mins from the school and next to the highway to access the other shopping locations (all at least 40 mins away). The hotel was clean, well designed and the room a very nice size.

The motel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. We were 2 hours out on our way back home from a 4 hour trip when the motel called to let us know while cleaning the room we had checked out from, they found clothes and shoes in the closet. We had totally forget about checking the closet before we had left. They offered to mail the items back to us. We thanked them several times for calling to let us know and that we would just turn around and drive back to get the items. We were so grateful for them calling to let us know. We will definitely stay at this motel again when it the area.

The room was fine but had a strange shower possibly for handicapped so no tub. I hoped to take a bath. Pillow cases had a strange smell so maybe need to be replaced. Jenna at front desk was fantastic. Juggling so many guest and making changes all with grace and patience. Thx Jenna
