Staff very nice. Our room was not totally cleaned. Breakfast was substandard. amd Hotels.com was not helpful on a booking error. Told me the Hotel would not waive the change fee, and I called them directly and it was NO PROBLEM at all. I won't use HOTELS.COM nexttime.

The room was not cleaned, the front desk staff had to come up to replace bedding with clean sheets, clean and provide clean towels and remove trash. The room did not have adequate lighting in the living room, the refrigerator temperature control knob was broken so anything you put in the refrigerator was frozen and the bedroom curtain is broken. when you try to raise it only one side comes up so the curtain is crooked and can't be completely raised.
