I must say that you have a hard worker in Marlo. When we were coming in late she was coming back to work after already working all day because there was noone else to work. And when we left at 11am she was still at work. Give that girl a raise!!!!!

Room was fine. Front desk night staff was just friendly enough but seemed put-out to do anything and oddly 86 with a lot of products. Ice machine, none. Tooth paste? Forgetaboutit. Waffle batter, TTTHHHICK. Elevator, of course smelt like cigarettes

I checked in and had specifally reserved a double queen room. Well, i did not receive my customary bottled water, the hot water in my room did not work at all, and when i requested a different room, i was placed in a handicap room which only had a king bed and was an uncomfortable lay out. Additionally, both bathrooms were filthy. I asked for compensation as i did not recieve what i had paid for and was told that because i had booked the room through a 3rd party i would have to go through Expedia.
