The half of the vacation home can accommodate up to six people and is stylishly furnished. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. Sleep in two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm), and the children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (80x190 cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The garden is fenced with a 0.90-meter-high fence for (up to two) dogs, so your four-legged friends can roam around safely. The 4,000-square-meter property offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and is perfect for relaxing. For evenings spent together, a small grill and a rotisserie grill are available, so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors.

A special attraction of this vacation home is the man-made lake landscape surrounding it. A walking path around the lake is regularly mowed and is perfect for relaxing strolls. For the adventurous, a rowboat and a pedal boat are available for you to use at your own risk to explore the lake landscape.

The “Fenja” half of the house shares the 4,000-square-meter property with the “Andreas” half and another vacation home, “Villa Deichblick.” Each unit has its own fenced-in garden area. The entire property, which includes 2 electric charging stations (available for a daily flat fee), is shared by all vacation guests. This also includes a separate play area in the garden with a sandbox, swings, and a seesaw, as well as the barbecue area.

In a separate laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, so you can conveniently do your laundry on-site. Another highlight of this vacation home is the friendly goats in the garden, who love to be petted and provide you with some animal-themed entertainment.
