This house was amazing for our families of 12. We used both sides but had 2 families on one side and 1 on the other. The beach access is just across the street. Everything was clean and just about everything you need for the beach was there (umbrellas, chairs, stroller etc.) Only caution is, it’s a lot of stairs. Stairs in the house and stairs to the beach. We didn’t have issues with it but someone who is elderly might. Will stay again for sure !

We had an absolutely wonderful time. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, enough supplies in the kitchen for a chef. The pool was beautiful. Everything was maintained very nicely. The beach is directly across the street. Cannot recommend this place enough.
