Located on the 3rd floor of the Oceanfront West Building, this condo is recently renovated and ready for you to rent and enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean and beach!

Kitchen: Whip up your favorite meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Dining Area: Gather around the dining table (seats 4) or dine al fresco on the balcony.

Living Area: The great room has ample seating options to gather and catch up with family and friends, or enjoy a movie on the 70” Smart TV. The wall-to-wall balcony sliding glass doors provide the perfect backdrop, with views of the beach and ocean beyond.

Balcony: Step through the sliding glass doors onto your furnished private balcony – complete with a high-top dining table (seats 4) and two woven wicker chaise loungers.

Beautiful ocean view. Gorgeous comfortable interior design. Easy elevator access. No steps! Beach access was nice Quiet and Peaceful place. Great location to grocery and restaurants and pier. Take your own staples including dishwasher detergent. I recommended they stock a broom or working vacuum. Washer dryer combo was neat! Didn't have to switch loads.
