DESCRIPTION:
After your first night's stay you will want to make this Red, White, and BEACH house your new summer tradition!
This spectacular home has everything needed for a multi-generation getaway. Private Pool, check. Golf Cart, check. Theater Room, check. Pool Table, check. Bunk Room, check. Bedroom's with connecting bathrooms, check. Custom kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, space for all the cooks in the family, check. Oh, and the most important... the beach a short walk away, check!
As you enter on the ground level you will find a foyer that has access to the Pool/Table game room with a wet bar, Theater Room, and the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room offers a Pyramid Bunk (twin/double) as well as a twin bed with trundle. This room has access to a bathroom that also has an entrance from the Game Room. The elevator begins its service from this level.
Heading up to the second level you will find a magnificent master suite complete with a private seating area/living room. The room is furnished with a King bed and the ensuite offers a soaking/jetted tub, standing shower, and double vanity. Just down the hall there are two other bedrooms both furnished with Queen Beds which share a full bath connected to each room.
One more level up and you are welcomed by all of the natural light provided by the wall to wall windows that border both the living room and dining area. The living room is open to a very spacious and accommodating kitchen. If two dishwashers, two full size sinks, pantry, under the counter ice maker, and seating galore doesn't make preparing and enjoying wonderful seaside meals easier and fun then what will? You can also easily access the fully furnished sun deck that overlooks the private pool and treetops of the surrounding neighborhood.
There is a nicely furnished Queen Bedroom and full bathroom off this level...and a stairwell leading up to a Fourth Floor loft that is complete with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and private bath. The loft is a truly special space as the many windows give you a view that only your favorite tree house could provide!
Once you settle in and decide to make your way to the beach you can either enjoy a 5 minute or so stroll to the community beach access or a 2 minute golf cart ride to the provided parking adjacent to the community pool. Your access to the community pool and bathhouse is from sunrise to sundown.
