The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, TV and access to a furnished ocean-view deck where you can have a seat in a rocking chair and enjoy your morning coffee! This condo is also equipped with a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen that is sure to meet all of your needs! Master bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a TV, a private full bathroom, and deck access! Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, a TV, deck access, and convenient placement to the full hall bath.

The Ocean Reef Community is situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle and offers various community amenities including shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, large swimming pool, covered picnic area by the pool, and community beach access! Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch!

Additional Amenities: This unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. The covered ocean-view deck has an outdoor sofa and chairs with cushions for relaxing and enjoying your family while you look at the beautiful waves rolling by! You will also find an elevator for loading and unloading and 3 smart TVs for all of your streaming and entertainment needs (basic cable on 2 TVs). The garage is not part of the rental and is not available for guest use.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests MUST stop by the check-in office to pick up gate cards.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
