Beautiful View, Frustrating Management

The house is nice. The view is spectacular and the outdoor space to enjoy is all brand new. It’s quiet, but close to things to do which is terrific.The downside was largely circumstance and poor property management. Some of the issues:1) The house wasn’t ready on time so after a 6 hour drive we had to kill time for awhile to get in.2) Once we were in, the dishwasher, hot water heater and AC did not work. (Heater was the breaker, AC was a blower, dishwasher was dead for the week.3) We came home one day and another couple was coming out of the house. The house is for sale and a realtor was doing a showing…..4) there were roaches on the kitchen counter most nights. One may ask why I’d still give three stars after all that, but the house is in an absolutely amazing spot, the management company did give us 200 of gift cards to buy paper products and such vs wash (We didn’t ask), and the maintenance people were really exceptional and kind.All to say, beautiful house, not great property management, the owners response to issues were very meh…… and that equal a meh rating.

Family vacation

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful house with amazing views, we made lots of memories and the houses met all our needs with kids of all ages. We loved the views from the kitchen and living room we even seen three dolphins from the kitchen table
