This expansive oceanfront home features 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, and a Bunk with Trundle with linens provided and beds made. The property is handicap-friendly with a ground-level elevator and a King suite with walk-in shower. Three master suites provide privacy and luxury for families or groups.

Enjoy indoor and outdoor living with a large screened porch overlooking the ocean, furnished with rockers, lounge chairs and dining/hi-top tables, plus an open deck with a gas grill. The reverse floorplan maximized ocean views.

Modern amenities include a bonus den with 82" Smart TV, wet bar with beverage center and ice maker, 2 microwaves, dishwasher drawer, stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, 5-burner stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, 2 pantries, 2 dining tables, and counter seating with 4 barstools. Electric fireplace, 9 Smart TVs with streaming (YouTube TV), high-speed Wifi, HE washer/dryer with folding table, ceiling fans and games.

Relax in the hot tub located in a locked/screened room with benches, or enjoy the game room with full refrigerator and foosball table. Private boardwalk to the beach with walkway shower, bench and 2 large hot/cold outside showers. Covered carport with closet stocked with bikes, beach chairs and toys. Weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, ONE DOG ALLOWED.

Everything was wonderful, except the hot tub was not well maintained. Had to call and ask for chlorine. They shocked it which lasted about 3 days but never put in chlorine tablets to maintain cleanliness
