Living in 80 square meters—Introducing our Fluxus Zollspeicher loft. Located right on the Neuer Delft in Emden, it’s the perfect stylish retreat with a view of the water and a balcony.

Thanks to the generous glass facades, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the water, the rooftops of Emden, and the harbor area. The living area with kitchen offers plenty of space to relax. The covered balcony also invites you to linger.

The living area also features a daybed that can be used as an additional sleeping space for up to two people. The TV is equipped exclusively with a Fire TV Stick; there is no satellite TV. The bedroom features a large glass front and a double bed, as well as an adjoining bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in rain shower. A separate restroom completes the apartment’s amenities.

A parking space is included and is located directly in front of the house. In addition, a lockable bicycle garage is available at the house.

Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a high chair for a fee.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bedding for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial towel per person. In addition, one shower mat is provided per bathroom and one dish towel per kitchen.

The accommodations are available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 PM. Flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. is possible at any time, as you can simply retrieve the key from a lockbox on the side of the house. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
