More parking would be nice and helpful! Overflow was into grocery store side lot with massive pot holes was not convenient or good for vehicles. Breakfast starting at 5:30am wpuld be nice for me personally. I leave for work with the long drive by 5:45am when I am in town. So it would be nice to grab a bite for the long drive. The hotel is my preferred lodging because it is quiet without gambling! :)

The shower/ tub hot water was just warm durring my two day stay. But the indoor zucuzzi was the best I have ever experienced in my travels. The tv channel changer only operated in the down position making it fustrting when trying to change channels.

The room key system was awful. We got locked out in the cold multiple times because the slightest contact with a smart phone would mess up the cards. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and never experienced card readers this finicky.

Visit part of a road trip visiting Great Basin NP. Though one hour away this is one of the better options in town. Nice clean rooms. Safe. Off the main highway but in town. Parking is a bit limited.

Our door key did not work when we checked in. The staff jumped right on it; changed the battery and that didn't work; called repair guy; he trouble shot the door. He had to replace the lock. We asked for another room. They said the hotel was full. One hour and a half later, we got a key that worked to our room. This is unacceptable! Even if the hotel is full, put us in a room for someone who has not checked in. I went to use the pool while my husband sat in the room. I couldn't get into the pool and the front desk was so busy I had to call and wait on hold for 15 mins to explain that I needed a key for the pool. This made us late for dinner and we lost our reservation. This was not the relaxing evening we had planned. Customer service means that you find us another room while you fix the problem. It was clear from the staff's reaction that this is NOT and unusual problem. This place needs upgrading. The door lock is VERY old. The owner needs to address the maintenance. I will be noting this information in a more public recommendation. Don't stay here until it gets upgraded.
