This beautiful vacation apartment, Joshua, located right on the seaside promenade in Las Marinas, was renovated as recently as 2020. The apartment is fully equipped so you’ll find everything you need for your vacation. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with an electric and gas stove, as well as a microwave, toaster, and washing machine. A safe, a pellet stove for the colder months, a TV with 4 satellite channels in various languages, a dining table, a sleeper sofa, a decorative bed, and high-speed internet round out the amenities. You’ll also find the barrier-free shower room here. The terrace features a cozy seating area and an outdoor grill. You’ll find everything you need for daily life here.

A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a closet, and the other with two single beds. You’ll also find a small terrace and air conditioning here.

A parking space can be provided free of charge upon prior request.

You’ll also find a beautiful new communal saltwater pool complex with a whirlpool area, water fountain, children’s slide, outdoor shower, and a lift for people with disabilities.

Since the complex consists of 4 identical vacation apartments, it can also accommodate larger groups or performance training camps, who can then eat and celebrate together on the large terrace.
