Beautiful chalet completely renovated just 750m from the sea.
The house consists of a lovely garden with a private swimming pool of 8mx4m, with a max depth of 1.80m and min of 1.40, and an outdoor shower. Next to it is a barbecue area to enjoy summer nights.
The spacious and bright living-dining room has air conditioning, garden views and quality furniture that will make you feel at home.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is characterised by having everything necessary for cooking such as oven, ceramic hob, water boiler, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer.
On the ground floor of the house there are also two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower which can also be accessed from the corridor.
On the upper floor we find the third bedroom also with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite it is the bathroom with shower.
The house has a large parking area with capacity for 2/3 cars.
The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 1.5km, supermarket 200 metres away as well as restaurants.

Nous avons passé des vacances absolument parfaites dans cette maison en août 2024. Franchement, les photos ne rendent vraiment pas justice à la réalité de ce que nous avons découvert. Tout était impeccable, de l'accueil chaleureux des hôtes à la propreté irréprochable des lieux.
La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et magnifiquement décorée. Chaque pièce est un véritable havre de paix, offrant tout le confort moderne avec une touche de charme authentique. Le jardin est un véritable petit coin de paradis, idéal pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer de délicieux repas que nous avons dégustés sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue imprenable sur le paysage environnant. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits extrêmement confortables, garantissant des nuits reposantes après des journées bien remplies.
Le quartier est calme et idéalement situé, proche des commodités et des attractions locales. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine privée, parfaitement entretenue, qui a été un véritable plus pendant les journées ensoleillées.
En résumé, notre séjour a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu de vacances idyllique. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Bien el alojamiento, regular la ubicación, excelente limpieza
Alojamiento bien cuidado y muy limpio todo. Tiene muchos servicios la casa.
Poco porque la ubicación es la que es. No nos gustó nada la zona. Pocos servicios próximos para ir andando y una urbanización laberíntica y un poco dejada. Es cierto que el alojamiento tenía algunas cosas rotas, pero las trasladamos y sin problema.

Schöne Spanien Ferien trotz Corona
Wir 5 mit kleinem Hund hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen in einem schönen Haus mit allem drum und dran verbracht . Die Mitarbeiter von Carlos Ferien sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen im Sommer sehr gerne nach Spanien und wissen das wir alles haben wenn wir ein Haus von Carlos Ferien mieten . Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr
