I specifically requested a handicapped accessible room as the person with me is in a scooter for mobility. The room itself was okay though tight. The bathroom was not accessible - her scooter would not fit in the bathroom with room for her to transfer to the toilet so she had to try to walk from the bedroom. In the process of doing so she fell and I ended up taking her to the hospital and she was admitted. I just wish I had reported the fall when it happened.

Clean but could use some work

We had a “non-smoking” room that smelled awful of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and main bedroom area. The 3rd floor must be going under renovations … it looked like we were staying in the slums… exposed cables and popcorn ceiling. The room was nice and up to date but not the hallways.
