This is not a safe hotel. Upon arrival the trainee & manager made a mistake with our keycard and sent us to a room full of other people’s belongings. Thankfully there was no one in the room at the moment as that could have easily lead to a physical altercation putting both my wife & I’s safety in jeopardy. This made us concerned for our own property when leaving the room. The manager brushed off our complaint as if it were not a big deal at all. We went out of the back of the building to sit at a picnic table. As some people looking for trouble approached we decided to head back inside. NOT A SINGLE CARDREADER ON THE ENTIRE BACKSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS FUNCTIONAL. We had to walk completely around the building to get inside. If our safety had been in jeopardy we would not have been able to get back into the building in time. Other issues, a good portion of the tv channels were not working, the general atmosphere of the hotel is dark, gloomy and run down, and there was no breakfast. On top of all of this we checked out a day early because of the safety concerns and we paid for the second day which we did not stay only to have the hotel turn around and charge us $100 for having checked out early. This place is unsafe and managed very, very poorly.

Facilities need serious upgrades. Carpet needs either deep cleaning or replacement. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly. When we check in, used soap bar left in the bathtub. Furniture are worn out. But staffers are very helpful. But rooms are quiet.

Property was easy to enter with multiple entry. Room was made up clean but looking under chair cushion for change that dropped we discovered crumbs and pieces of crackers. Restaurant did not open on the Saturday we were there and the Sunday ordered a coffee to start which took 15 minutes and received a water instead. Staff was great at first but upon discovering an additional $75 charge on my card when called for clarification "joe" told me to dispute with my bank and hung up on me. Location though was great as their restaurant was a failure there were a lot of home style cafe nearby.

They gave us , 2 seniors carrying our luggage, a room literally at the far end of the building and told us to use the front door at the reception area. This is a very long walk. Next morning no bfast because the cook was running late. Meanwhile there were 3 people standing around at the front desk. Teamwork people!!!

The room was fine. The refrigerator didn't work. No one was ever at the desk. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Could only leave my keys to for check out. There was no one to report the fridge to. Room 148.

Affordable rooms. I wish a quick breakfast was more available even if I did have to pay; I didn’t have time for a restaurant-style breakfast with uncertain service. I don’t think high expectations apply to lower-priced rooms, but I think some level of care is appropriate: I was disappointed that the staff couldn’t even provide me with cutlery or a plate to use in my room. Pool was fun for kids.

Laundry facility was closed. Many times there was no front desk attendant. Had to ring buzzer multiple times. Wait was often 10 minutes or more. Trash collection sat in the hallway for hours and smelled terrible. Dining was limited as was transportation. Room was okay, tv was new but very small. Bathroom was clean. No towel service for three days! Probably will not stay again.

One of the bed sheet was stained multiple spots with red color and I suspect it was blood. Luckily the other bed seems ok for me to sleep on. The carpet felt ancient and filthy. Would not recommend.
