Seemed like it would be nice at check in. Lobby clean. However room was large but not clean. Bathroom had sugar packet wrappers on the floor and when I went to pick them up I grabbed a handful of hair. Bathroom floor had clearly not been swept let alone mopped. Would not stay again.

Won’t stay here again

I had 3 simple requests. Top floor, close to elevators and grab bars in bathroom because we are both disabled, my hubby requiring a walker. Didn’t get any of the above. We were put on bottom floor with an inconsiderate person above us, who’s kids jumped off the bed steadily from 7- after midnight! We were out in the next to last room down the hallway which made my walking unbearable pain and there was 1 grab bar positioned to get in the tub, basically worthless to someone who has zero leg muscle. The room needed a good deep cleansing. Walls dirty, baseboards dirty. My bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We will never stay there again. Too many other hotels in area that hopefully accommodate disabled people.
