Leaf Lodge is a sunny house, high into the trees. Pileated Woodpeckers, Sapsuckers, Chickadees, Titmice, Hummingbirds, and others, are to be seen among the trees and on the feeder. Enjoy lovely views of Union River Bay and its ten foot tide. A small kitchen on the second floor, is popular. The auto ride to Bar Harbor in Acadia is about thirty minutes, and Ellsworth is the business hub and crossroads to Acadia, and Downeast Maine.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
