Located in the log cabin community of Lake Buckhorn halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge and only 15 minutes to either, you will find plenty to see and do, from hiking, fishing, shopping and dining! Wineries!! Even nightlife!!

Great place to stay

Jim went above and beyond our expectations. Ice storm caused a delay in staying at the original cabin and Jim let us stay in a separate cabin for one night until the ice melted. Cabin was perfect other than no curtains or blinds in upstairs bedroom.

What a sweet home. Location is great, very easy to get to. The home is completely stocked with all amenities you could ever need. Had a little trouble with the TV remote (needed batteries) and Jim and Carol were extremely quick to respond and trouble shoot. I would love to stay there again!!

The location of the cabin was great. Approximately 7 miles from downtown Ellijay. Private, with beautiful views from 2 balconies. Kitchen is well stocked. Overall, very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place!

We are inexperienced mountain drivers and had a hard time without a 4 wheel vehicle getting up the grade and into the driveway…. Definitely our inexperience. However place is super clean and porch is fantastic!

Beautiful Northern Georgia

This stay was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly the getaway we were looking for. Management had clear communication and the check-in/check-out was very easy to follow. Jim was very good at checkin in on anything we needed and would give great suggestions for places to visit/eat. The property itself was beautiful. We arrived and it was all set to go four us. It was clean and very well stocked on supplies. My experience with Vrbo had me bring supplies such as soap, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper, but these were all provided and well stocked. The kitchen was also well supplied. We enjoyed being able to use the pots and pans to make ourselves some meals to eat out on the beautiful deck. The area is also fantastic. The property is a little ways out but is close to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge, so we got to split our stay between the two beautiful areas. It is also close to a lot of popular attractions such as the orchards and vineyards as well as hiking trails to see the falls. We are definitely planning on making this one of our regular spots!

Cute Cabin. Great for 2-4 people. Balcony’s are awesome to sit on. Very quite. Host are great. Good communication. Easy check in and out. 4 star due to being a kid pool table and no where to put your dry food. No pantry or empty cupboards.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual girl's weekend at this lovely property! It was everything as described. The cabin is warm & cozy, provisioned extremely well, top-notch beds & linens, extremely clean, and awesome back porch views. The cabin is located half-way between Blue Ridge and Elijjay and we enjoyed an afternoon in each charming town. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!

We originally booked for six nights after the second night, we called Jim to see if we could extend our stay. Be added another three nights. The cabin and location were just perfect. It was tastefully decorated and had all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare meals. Jim was very pleasant and gave us great suggestions on restaurants and interesting places to visit. The ease of check in and out was a plus. We took our Golden Retriever with us and I think he absolutely loved it. His first time being away from home and he behaved like a champ. I know fall is a big deal, but there is so much to enjoy during off season. We visited 4 state parks while there which was breathtaking. I absolutely recommend booking this house and we will be doing in the future. You will love it.
