We had a great girls weekend here. It was a spacious space that provided fun on the property from feeding deer, to a great hot tub experience and beautiful hikes throughout the neighborhood. I enjoyed an afternoon nap on the porch swing while listening to the birds chirping. If you don’t have a 4x4 vehicle don’t go driving around the whole neighborhood because the roads can get very steep. We enjoyed a sunset and a glass of wine at the Roo Vineyard, which was only 30 minutes from the house and well worth the drive. On our way there we took a slight detour to see the Burnt mountain overlook that was also well worth the extra effort and you just easily pull off the side of the road to see a spectacular Mountain View. We stumbled upon a genuine Speak Easy in Downtown Ellijay. If you find it, tell them “I’m here to see a man about a horse”. I highly recommend this property for a group of friends or a whole family. The couches are long and comfortable enough to sleep on if you want to squeeze more people into the house. All the beds are memory foam and very comfortable with good pillows and soft fuzzy blankets.
